Allison Leach brings more than three decades of major-event food & beverage and hospitality experience to Back Alli's Catering. Her career has centered on the planning and execution of complex, large-scale events, with extensive experience in temporary culinary buildouts, operations, logistics, production, staffing, safety and regulatory compliance.

Her major-event experience includes Belmont Park and Saratoga Race Course, the Sony Tennis Tournament, Art Basel, South Beach Wine & Food Festival, the Miami Beach Boat Show, Upperville Colt & Horse Show and Longines Global Champions Tour, among others. As Project Director for Back Alli's, Allison oversees the logistical and operational execution of each project-from planning and buildout through production and breakdown.

Allison served as a Site Manager for the Team USA's High Performance Training Center during the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. She returned in 2010 to serve as Site Manager for Team USA's Whistler hospitality operations during the Vancouver Winter Olympic Games. Working through New York-based Framboise Catering, Allison was responsible for the on-site food and beverage operation supporting Team USA in these highly complex international environments.
